test_0k failed with the following error:

error: lfs mirror extend: /mnt/lustre/d0k.sanity-flr/f0k.sanity-flr.append: cannot create volatile file: Invalid argument
 sanity-flr test_0k: @@@@@@ FAIL: mirror extend failed
