sanity-sec test 47 still failed on 2.16.0 RC1: https://testing.whamcloud.com/test_sets/c2c357cd-fe3d-4380-90d6-9ed55ede1570

Looking at all test results, every time sanity-sec test_47 fails with the message link should not point to anywhere useful, sanity-sec test_23b failed in the same session. So I would tend to think this problem is a fallout of LU-18095, for which a patch has been pushed.
