    Description

      Recent ldiskfs fixes cause the linux-5.14/ext4-prealloc.patch to no longer apply to SUSE 15 SP4/5.

      SP4/5 are also missing the recent encryption and commit speedup fixes.

      With the series fixed IGET_NO_CHECKS is also needed to build sp4/sp4.

            Removing 2.16 fix version. If this work lands, fine, but we are not going to delay the 2.16 release to accommodate them
