lustre-initialization failed on 100% of the full-dkms runs with the following error:

It isn't clear to me if this is an installation problem (mount_osd_ldiskfs.so installed in wrong location, or lustre-osd-ldiskfs-mount RPM not installed), or a packaging problem for the server DKMS package (mount_osd_ldiskfs.so library not packaged at all?).
