Quota over-softlimit flag remained after large file removal

    Description

      Currently, the quota usage is refreshed in "qsd_op_end0" and it could be incorrect because
      the related operation has not been committed and cause the pre-acquired quota not be
      released in time when the "qunit" is decreased if the quota is over limit.
