Description
With the influx of people outside of traditional HPC (mostly from AI background) we are getting some traffic in the mailing list with people struggling with building Lustre. While we have some (pretty outdated) wiki pages on lustre.org, it does not look like they are workign well for people.
Perhaps in addition to proliferation of DKMS and such, we sohuld also containerize lbuild so people would just run docker/pod lbuild and it would have all the dependencies and all the logs ready and would spit out the RPMs (whole network repo, really) for the requested distro automatically (this would also fit nicely into LU-18979 deliverables).
New fledgling developers oculd also use this to make testable versions of their changes.
