Description

In earlier lustre tree's libcfs.a was only built to support liblustre. If you did a ./configure --disable-liblustre the libcfs library would not be built. Now the lustre and lnet utilities have become dependent on libcfs.a but the makefile disables libcfs.a from being built if you disable liblustre.
