Check--verbose option in lfs_setstripe_internal

    Description

      Function lfs_setstripe_internal() is actually shared by multiple commands. The source code says --verbose option is only applicable to lfs migrate command. Need to check whether other commands implments --verbose option too so that we can remove the limitation in source code.
