Description
Clients should try to shrink their grant more quickly when the filesystem is full, to avoid the filesystem hitting ENOSPC due to clients consuming all of the grants. When the filesystem is (relatively) empty, then the clients can be relaxed about grant shrinking since there is little chance the filesystem will become totally full more before the next shrink interval.
