Description

filter_obd::fo_read_cache:1... should be marked as unsigned, being signed causes confusion for users/admins when they get output like:

$ lctl get_param obdfilter.*.read_cache_enable
obdfilter.testfs-OST0000.read_cache_enable=4294967295

instead of the expected 0 or 1.
