Description

Some functionality was lost in OFD and OSD after landing from orion to master.
OFD misses ofd_fmd_expire() in ofd_ping, OSD lost OS_STATE_READONLY set in osd_statfs and part of readcache code also sanityn test 19 have to work with OSD readcache when OFD is used.
