Description

qmt_lvob_init holds the "lqe_glbl_data_lock "
qmt_lvbo_init finds the "lqe->lqe_glbl_data" is not NULL, then it skips the setting
qmt_work_lvbo_free acquires the "lqe_glbl_data_lock"
qmt_work_lvbo_free set "lqe->lqe_glbl_data" to NULL and frees the lqe_glbl_data

the "lqe->lqe_glbl_data" is NULL and could affect the following quota operations.
