Description

I decided to do a bulk review of the man pages for minor issues using LLM coding agents. The review finds a great number of small issues in the man pages, though they are generally in good shape.

The idea is to improve the man pages overall, not to review every single change carefully - we will review any specific larger changes and any corrections of core content, and for the minor consistency related stuff (a lot of llapi descriptions were wrong, many missing references, missing options, old options still in man pages, etc), not verify every piece of it is correct. The LLMs certainly made a few mistakes, but the net result should be a big improvement over the plethora of minor errors we have today.

I have some ideas about how to handle this going forward as well, but for now this is just a bulk update.  It is divided into a few patches.
