Description

Data on MDT (DOM) files Need to work with erasure coding.

DOM files need to Have the DOM component mirrored by the first OST component.  It would be OK if for the very first version we simply refuse to do erasure coding with DOM files, but we would like eventually to have support, and we do need to verify that if it is blocked, it is blocked correctly.

Currently, sanity-dom test_131b is Failing on patches EC series, it is not clear why but there is likely a bug introduced.  We will also use this ticket for tracking that issue.
