Description

 tunefs.lustre -V/-version threw the following error:

# tunefs.lustre -V
checking for existing Lustre data: not foundtunefs.lustre FATAL: Device -V has not been formatted with mkfs.lustre
tunefs.lustre: exiting with 19 (No such device)

# tunefs.lustre --version
checking for existing Lustre data: not foundtunefs.lustre FATAL: Device --version has not been formatted with mkfs.lustre
tunefs.lustre: exiting with 19 (No such device)
