stat() / getattr reports incorrect st_blocks for files with EC parity mirrors. Block accounting needs to correctly handle parity stripes — either they're not counted when they should be, or double-counted. Affects capacity planning (du/df) for EC files. Related to existing FLR mirror block counting bug LU-14970. Migrated from EX-12852.
