test_113 failed with the following error:

cannot find mgc of 10.240.22.13@tcp,172.16.10.14@tcp

The MGS NIDs look suspicious: 10.240.22.13@tcp,172.16.10.14@tcp
10.240.22.13@tcp is presumably the correct one, on the Ethernet interface, but 172.16.10.14@tcp looks like the IPoIB address of the Infiniband interface, but that is incorrectly considered on the 'tcp' LNet network.

I think patch "LU-20173 tests: filter on nettype when building nidlist" at https://review.whamcloud.com/65970 is the fix for this issue.
