This issue relates to the following test suite run: https://testing.whamcloud.com/test_sets/19ce0c0a-2ad6-4c81-8df2-c5ebbbaf424b

test_45 failed with the following error:

 FAIL: can't put import for osc.lustre-OST0000-osc-ff2342618b396000.ost_server_uuid into FULL state after 50 sec, have IDLE
client: import is not in FULL state after 50
