The LUSTRE_{RO,RW,WO}_ATTR spelling.txt entries warn that a new sysfs parameter needs a Documentation/man4/ page, but fire on the macro token unconditionally — with CI gating on warnings, a patch adding a parameter fails whether or not the page exists, and additions to the spelling dictionaries trip their own entries. Suppress the warning when a matching man4 page exists and exempt the dictionaries from their own scan.
