Description

The Job Stats feature implemented in LU-694 was not implemented for OFD, and was missed during the orion_head_sync rebase. This is causing sanity.sh test_205 to fail when run with USE_OFD=yes.

The job stats fails with:

mdt.testfs-MDT0000.job_stats=clear
error: set_param: /proc/{fs,sys}/{lnet,lustre}/obdfilter/*/job_stats: Found no match
 sanity test_205: @@@@@@ FAIL: No job stats found on OST ost0
