The osd-ldsikfs osd_declare_commit_write() function doesn't initialise ldiskfs_block_map structure before calling osd_id_mapped(), it may contains an arbitrary garbage which can be interpreted as a cached block extent. It leads to a possible mis-calculation of tx credits and eventually may cause an ldsikfs failure.
