LFSCK: recreating a lost MDT object loses EC layout semantics

      When an EC file's MDT object is lost,  lfsck_layout_recreate_parent() → new_comp_lovea()
      rebuilds components with only LCME_FL_INIT/RAID0,  then dropping parity semantics.
      The root cause is that the "struct ost_layout" on OST object carries no EC fields.
