    Description

      Need to improve the speed of configure run by using configure -C. We need to cache our tests to read the cache when it's available

          Minh - Is this ticket still correct? I think -C is being used in the configure arguments in Lustre builds now. (I see it in the commands printed to console when I do builds, at least.) I'd love to reduce the amount of time Lustre spends in the configure process, so I'd like to be wrong here...
