[LU-2291] Improve racer test load - Whamcloud Community JIRA

There are some improvements that could be done to the racer.sh test load, so that it is trying even more wild & wacky things at the same time:

use lfs setstripe to create files across multiple OSTs
use lfs mkdir to create directories on remote MDTs (OSF-105 to land on master with DNE)
run racer.sh on all of the mounted clients
