[LU-2680] allow Commit Reviewer to accept "revert" patches

Description

A change is needed for the "Commit Reviewer" script so that it can accept patches with the summary line of the form:

Revert "LU-2190 mountconf: zfs processes mount parameters"

since this is what Git and Gerrit generate if a patch is reverted (e.g. http://review.whamcloud.com/5144).
