Description

lustre-ldiskfs currently requires e2fsprogs-1.41.12.2.ora1, but there have been a number of bug fixes that should be used by Lustre 2.x users. Update the .spec file to depend on a newer e2fsprogs-1.42.6.wc2 release.

This also means that the current 1.42.6.wc2 builds should be available from the downloads.whamcloud.com/public/e2fsprogs site.
