Description

in test_18c, it uses df to send a statfs request to OST to detect the disconnection and reconnect to OST, for there could be cache of the statfs, then
the statfs request would be sent to OST then it won't detect the disconnection stat.

for test_18b, master has fixed it by using "sleep $((TIMEOUT + 2))" instead of "df"
