[LU-3965] D_HSM is too noisy

Description

There are two CDEBUG(D_HSM,...) calls that should be removed since they add little value and are triggered too frequently. They are the first call to dump_llog_agent_req_rec() in mdt_coordinator_cb() and the inner loop CDEBUG() in mdt_agent_record_update_cb().
