Run IOR in data check mode in parallel-scale

    Description

      It appears we're missing an opportunity to do some data verification testing when we run IOR in parallel-scale and parallel-scale-nfs. Since we're not tracking the performance of these runs, we might as well use the checkWrite and checkRead options so IOR does data checking for us.
