[LU-43] e2fsprogs' configure switch --with-lustre doesn't like relative paths

Description

You cannot give e2fsprogs' configure a --with-lustre argument that's a relative path. configure should at least error out if the path is relative or resolve it properly when substing it into Makefiles.
