The files for e2scan in the Lustre e2fsprogs repo are missing copyright headers. While the code is obviously under the GPLv2, the missing headers make it more difficult to add attributions to derived code.

Much of the saga of e2scan seems to be in Bugzilla 13108 (Thanks Andreas!).
