[LU-4813] LFSCK orphan iteration should NOT use new portal to easy UT work in the future

Description

Currently, LFSCK orphan iteration uses OST_IDX_PORTAL which is a new portal special for LFSCK since lustre-2.6. In fact, we can reuse the OUT_PROTAL for the same purpose and simplify UT work in the future.

This fixing should be done before Lustre-2.6 release, otherwise it will cause interoperability issues.
