sanity test_160c failed as follows:

sanity test_160c: @@@@@@ FAIL: TRUNC changelog mask count 0 != 1

This failure is a regression introduced by patch http://review.whamcloud.com/9723. We need add Lustre version check code into sanity test 160c.
