[LU-5634] lshowmount returns no clients and exports stats not incrementing

Description

For one of our filesystems, on both the MDS and OSS machines client export stats stopped updating. I am not sure when it happened.

I also see "lshowmount" only detectes the other server exports, not any clients.

Otherwise, things seem to be operating fine. I disconnected and reconnected some clients, that worked fine. All the other non-export stats are incrementing normally. Don't see anything in the logs.

I'm stumped.
