      This issue relates to the following test suite run: https://testing.hpdd.intel.com/test_sets/9d385b9e-419f-11e4-a787-5254006e85c2.

      The system failed when initialized the sanity-scrub test environment, no detailed logs.

      onyx-36vm4: mount.lustre: mount /dev/mapper/lvm--Role_OSS-P1 at /mnt/ost1 failed: Cannot send after transport endpoint shutdown
