Inode 170393601 ref count is 1, should be 40.  Fix? no

Though this failure happened in test_17n, but it is actually caused by some test between 17n and 65, i.e.

run MDSCOUNT=4 ONLY=18-66 sh sanity.sh

then do e2fsck -fnvd mdt2 should reproduce the ticket.
