Hi

We seeing that the MDT occupied lot of disk space and most of the space was occupied by OBJECTS/* files of the MDT. We took the backup of MDT and restored the Same MDT in the test lab and deleted all the files residing in the OBJECTS/* and removed the CATALOG file and remounted -t lustre and collected the logs. Below is a snippet showing the pattern of logs generated for each file removed.

This seems the Lustre bug related to the LU-1749, which is reporting false error messages even the CATALOG file is deleted and if not then are we seeing any issues here related to those deleting files form the OBJECTS directory or is that going to affect the MDT data or going to lead to any data corruption.
