This issue relates to the following test suite run: https://testing.hpdd.intel.com/test_sets/71eeab28-134a-11e5-8b89-5254006e85c2.
The sub-test test_fail_client_mds failed with the following error:
test_fail_client_mds returned 5
It looks like an env issue, test log shows
