Closing this tracking ticket as it appears all of the issues are resolved.

I updated patch 16838, and rerun the soak test, and did not find this issue, so this probably related to the problem in the patch of 16969 in LU-7039 (part of 16838). Let's keep this ticket open for now. and re-run a few more times to confirm.
