Delete is not completed in 29 seconds

I suspect that test_253 'wait_delete_completed' timedout, and it's because it takes more time than default timeout, which cause test fail.

The test that was introduced by http://review.whamcloud.com/15731 "LU-6910 osp: add procfs values for OST reserved size" is failing intermittently now that it has landed and is testing more often.
