MGS_SET_INFO handler is too permissive

    Description

      The handler for MGS_SET_INFO is needed only for the hack where setting the default striping on the root directory sets the default striping of the FS. It only needs to handle '*.lov.stripe{count,size,offset}=*'. So we should only allow those params to be set.
