[LU-7773] Normal user can't access DNE2 directories

Description

I updated to the latest test shot and found as a regular user I had no access to any DNE2 directories. I found I created DNE2 directory as root or myself and changed into that directory and attempted to create a new directory the entire DNE2 directory became unusable as a regular user. Root seems to be okay.
