nodemap: ignore 0@lo for nodemap classification purposes

    Description

      For configuring nodemap, it makes more sense to use the primary NID instead of the loopback NID to describe the MGS. Nodemap should therefore ignore the loopback nid and use the primary NID when classifying nodemaps.
