Print more useful information in LASSERTF() from osp_statfs()

    Description

      It would be better if we had an improved error message for this LASSERT() that printed out the opd_pre_last_created_fid and opd_pre_used_fid values, so that we know what kind of values they contain (e.g. something slightly above 40000, or some random value).
