Remove obsolete mdt_num_threads and ost_num_threads module parameters, since they have been obsolete (and a warning printed if used) since 2.3. They were only briefly available from 2.0-2.3, and the preferred mds_num_threads and oss_num_threads parameters have been around since 1.x times.
