[LU-8952] Handling test specific cleanup of ost pools

Description

pool cleanup trap is missing for some testcase so incase of test failure pool will not get destroyed, also rename cleanup_tests_trap with proper name or function and
As destroy pool removes pool from the list which was added by create_pool so use destroy_pools as trap function instead of cleanup_tests.
