Only b2_10 has such problem. The latest master seems good after FLR is landed.

Jinshan, now that FLR is landed, could you please take a look into this issue? I suspect that something was broken with PFL and/or the file lease mechanism between 2.9 and 2.10, which is causing the migration to fail. I saw similar problems with lfs migrate with 2.10 clients and 2.7 servers.
