fix lock intent of cdt_llog_process in mdt_hsm_pending_restore

    Description

      For some reason the lock intent of cdt_llog_process() was changed from WRITE to READ in mdt_hsm_pending_restore() without hsm_restore_cb() being modified.

      The lock intent should have remained WRITE.
