remove "lfs ls" and "lfs cp" and references

    Description

      Delete "lfs_ls" and "lfs_cp()" commands and any references to them in the usage and man pages. These commands are stubs since commit v2_8_54_0-73-g9d06de3, and more importantly were never used in any production setting.
