The output of ll_decode_filter_fid has changed

    Description

      The output for ll_decode_filter_fid has changed from what is documented in the Lustre Manual in section 36.4. Changes include stripe was added, objid and seq was dropped from the output.

          I know stripe was added in 2.3.64. I'm not sure about the other changes.
